Meet The Team
Rachel
Salon Owner - Rachel has been in the Hair Industry since she was 14 years old. She started helping out as a Saturday girl for a family friend in a home salon, before moving into a larger local Salon to take on her Apprenticeship and begin her Training, which saw her win the Student of the Year Award in her 1st year! She went on to complete her NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Ladies Hairdressing, as well as NVQ Level 2 in Barbering.
Fast forward 15 years, she had worked her way up to Senior Stylist within the same Salon and built a great reputation with staff and clients alike, particularly for her Colour Knowledge. During this time she had also attended many Training Courses to stay at the top of her game. The self confessed Hair Geek's Biggest achievement, Completing her Colour Mastery Certificate back in 2017, 10 days intense studying followed by practical exams. She Loved it!
In last few years Rachel has also worked part time as a Brand Educator with the Matrix Education Team. Working alongside some of the Best in the Industry and fellow Hairdressers from all over the UK, Educating other Stylists on Colour theory, product Knowledge and application Techniques.
Rachel loves to create Beautiful Hair, helping her clients love what they see, so that they look and feel amazing!

Ella
Creative Stylist - Ella is a passionate, perfectionist in all things hair!
She loves to help her clients plan and create their dream hair! Ella has a keen interest in colour work so she is a perfect fit for the Aloha team!
Ella has been in the hair industry since 2017, herself and Rachel have also previously worked together whilst Ella was undertaking her apprenticeship training. Since then she has worked in another Salon as an established Stylist too and so now we’re both excited to be collaborating once again! Ella is a valuable assest to the team and is adored by all her clients too! She can’t wait to welcome you!
Vanessa
Stylist - Vanessa joined the team in 2021. Prior to then she had already been attending College on a full time programme, working towards her Level 1 in Hairdressing. Whilst doing so, she was keen to get into a Salon to gain vital work experience. She soon became a vital part of the team and we have seen her grow in confidence whilst working with us. She then enrolled onto the Apprenticeship programme with MK College and passed her qualification with a Distinction! She enjoys all aspects of Hairdressing and Vanessa has flourished into a fantastic Stylist, her colour work has elevated her skill set which blends her into the Aloha brand perfectly! Her signature wave style keeps her guests coming back time and time again too.
Freya
Graduate Stylist - Meet Freya! The newest addition to our growing team!
Freya has been in love with everything hair since she was a little girl, so becoming a hairdresser was an obvious career choice!
Freya completed her Apprenticeship with another establishment towards the end of 2024 and has already completed some additional training, including advanced highlighting and colour theory with AlfaParf Milano at their academy in London.
She is a bubbly person with a big personality, who enjoys a good chat!
She loves helping her clients feel beautiful and confident when they leave her chair! She is always interested in learning new skills, setting goals and pushing herself to accomplish them.
