Deposits & Cancellation Policy
Everyone's time is Valuable. We politely ask that a Minimum Notice Period of 48 hours is given for any Cancellations, Changes to service requirements or to Reschedule your appointment.
We do understand that things pop up, and circumstances change. However without the Minimum Notice Period we are unable to fill the time slots allocated for your booking.
If less than 48 hours Notice is given, Cancellations will be charged at 50% of the booked service cost. In the event of a "No Show" the Full cost of the booked service will be Charged.
Upon booking you will be asked to Confirm & Accept the above Policy.
As of the 1st May 2025 we shall be taking deposits to secure bookings, your deposit is then either redeemed against your appointment or can be rolled over to your next appointment which ever is preferable to you.
If the appointment is within the next 7 days of the booking being made we ask to receive your deposit within 24 hours, further in advance we ask that the deposit is paid within 7 days of the booking be made to be able to secure the appointment.
The deposit is fully refundable or transferable to a new date as long as No Less than 48 hours notice is given, or the deposit shall be retained and a new deposit taken upon rebooking.
We have the right to Cancel any bookings that are Not Confirmed by receipt of a depsit within 24hours of the booking being made.
Consultation & Allergy Alert Testing
All New guests are required to have a Full Consultation, this is so we can Advise you and Discuss your hair in detail, carry out any Industry Tests if needed and also provide you with an Allergy Alert Test, A Minimum of 48 hours prior to your appointment. This will need to be done BEFORE an appointment booking can be made.
All existing clients are required to be re-tested every 6 months.
We will NOT provide Colour or Chemical Services to anyone Under 16 years of Age.
